BEES in Brazil is seeking a seasoned product consultant to translate partner operating models into BEES capabilities. You’ll lead discovery and fit-gap analyses and prototype solutions, shaping what will be built and what won’t.

You won’t run the project plan or land integrations, but you will map partner workflows to BEES, define feature scopes, keep the partner aligned, and ensure go-live KPI accuracy while collaborating with Implementation Engineering.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product consulting, solution consulting or professional services in commerce/SaaS.
• Hands-on discovery and fit-gap experience with real customers.
• Ability to explain product scope to partners and set expectations.
• Comfort working with large-enterprise stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Strong English communication; Portuguese preferred.

About The Team

These three roles own a partner implementation together. Implementation Management owns the plan from kickoff to Hypercare exit. Product Consulting translates the partner’s operating model into BEES capabilities. Implementation Engineering configures and lands the technical delivery so integrations run in production. One owner per decision: plan, fit, and system.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis and implementation prototyping with the partner.
• Own Product Discovery: map partner operations to existing BEES capabilities before anyone promises a build.
• Define feature scope per partner; feed field learnings back to the product roadmap.
• Say no to a custom ask the platform already covers — and keep the partner on side.
• Work with Implementation Engineering so the configured product matches the agreed fit-gap, not a parallel wishlist.
• Leading KPI: fit-gap accuracy at go-live >= 95%. Supporting: feature completeness.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in product consulting, solution consulting or professional services on a commerce / SaaS / platform product.
• Discovery and fit-gap in practice — not only decks. You have owned a scope that survived contact with a real customer.
• Ability to walk a partner through how the product actually works, including what it will not do.
• Comfort working with large-enterprise stakeholders under aggressive timelines.
• Strong English (written and spoken). Portuguese preferred.

Desirable

• Prior BEES product depth (Force, Care, Grow, Connector, or commercial modules).
• Distributor / RTM / order-to-cash operating-model fluency.
• Prototyping or configuration skills sufficient to show, not only tell.
