Your Impact
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with product/service/project/program management and software development experience to drive impact through discovery, translating technical concepts into product requirements to ensure delivery and rollout of features that solve critical user needs. With support from other team members and teams, you will support the product vision and roadmap and contribute to the success of our generative AI (gen AI) initiatives.
You’ll be a member of a global team working on a prioritized gen AI initiative, based in one of our European offices: Prague or Lisbon. Our McKinsey’s Tech Ecosystem function is responsible for developing and delivering all technology solutions for the firm’s internal use.
You’ll help drive the success of a gen AI product that has company-wide impact. As part of the product team, you will sit on the business side and work closely with tech teams to ensure the right features are built, working with supporting teams to maximize impact.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will implement the product vision and roadmap, groom the backlog regularly, and write user stories. Collaborating with development and data science teams, you will refine these stories and evolve the solution, supporting agile ceremonies.
Engaging with users for feedback and user research will be essential to enhancing user experience, leveraging data and user insights to inform product strategy and requirements in collaboration with a senior product manager.
You will support defining, executing, and rolling out features within your domain, in close collaboration with the principal product manager, designers, engineers, analytics teams, and our adoption team. You will anticipate opportunities and challenges, guiding the team and leadership proactively.
Your responsibilities include gathering business requirements, leading agile development, managing backlog grooming and prioritization. You’ll work daily with technical teams on feature development. A technical understanding of AI and ML products is preferred.
Prototyping, testing, and visualizing product features with designers will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring each feature meets its acceptance criteria is key to the success of our gen AI initiatives. You’ll support more senior product managers with various tasks under their guidance.
