We are seeking a Manager to co-drive our digital governance and processes on a global scale. This key role involves driving strategic governance initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholder needs across regions, and ensuring adherence to digital governance standards and objectives within our global structure. This position requires a deep understanding of digital governance, alongside strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Governance Ownership: Driving established and operative governance frameworks as a strong owner. Ensure governance policies reflect organizational priorities and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
2. Portfolio Management: Ensure TKE's portfolio across digital and data products is prioritized and aligned with global and local organizations. Focus on business value creation and balancing local needs with global capacities.
3. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing assessment and refinement of governance processes to enhance efficiency and digital business value.
4. Definition of Standards: Define, document, and communicate governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain an actionable governance framework aligned with organizational priorities.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the main contact for global stakeholders across business units, IT, security, regulatory bodies, and suppliers. Manage expectations and ensure governance goals are clearly communicated and implemented.
6. Collaboration with Peers: Partner with Product Owners and other groups to ensure product delivery excellence and business value creation.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes, using data to refine strategies.

Quem buscamos

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in digital governance, process management, or similar roles, preferably in a global setting. Proven experience with governance frameworks and collaboration with technical and business teams. Background in digital transformation, connectivity, IoT in industrial or building automation sectors.

Skills:

• Understanding of governance principles with strategic focus.
• Excellent communication, capable of translating technical and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Agile, policy management tools, JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of global compliance standards, data protection, and cybersecurity.
• Strong decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and strategic vision skills.
• Highly collaborative with organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and uphold high ethical standards.

Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages like German or Spanish are beneficial.
