Infosys Brazil is seeking a Senior Purchasing Analyst to join our team. You will approve shopping carts and purchase requisitions, validate requests for policy compliance, resolve invoice discrepancies, support end-to-end procurement, and act as the main liaison for procurement inquiries.

The role offers CLT employment with flexible hours and a path to work with national and international clients, fostering growth in a global environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in managing end to end medium complexity sourcing projects.
• Understanding of procurement end to end process.

Responsabilidades

• Approve Shopping Carts and Purchase Requisitions within established service levels.
• Validate purchasing requests to ensure compliance with procurement policies and category guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and PO mismatches.
• Support stakeholders throughout the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement operational queries and escalations.
