• 5+ years of experience with PHP in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Proven ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience or strong willingness to adopt TDD practices.
• Experience applying clean code practices in team environments.
• Ability to work with at least 80% overlap with US Mountain Standard Time (MST).
