Responsibilities

• Demonstrate payroll solutions to accountants, bookkeepers, and direct businesses in both pre- and post-sales contexts
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance the adoption of the payroll platform within accounting practices and businesses
• Assist partners with data conversions through detailed project planning and training guidance
• Actively prospect for and generate new sales opportunities while maintaining CRM systems with all client communications
• Manage partner technical questions and escalations, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice and systems
• Payroll-specific expertise is essential
• Experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with a track record of driving retention and expansion revenue
• Exceptional communication, planning, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification is a plus
• Proven ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships and create rapport with accountants and stakeholders
• Experience in driving solutions in partnership with sales teams
• Strong initiative with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks effectively
• Capacity to learn and adapt in constantly changing situations
