We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our Immigrant Visa (IV) Team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex employment-based permanent residency cases (EB-2/EB-3), managing filings across PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status (AOS), and Consular Processing. You will work directly with attorneys to prepare, review, and file cases while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
As a senior team member, you will also contribute to mentoring junior paralegals, improving workflows, and ensuring best practices are followed.
This position is remote-friendly (or hybrid for Austin-based candidates).
Location Eligibility: At this time, we are only able to hire candidates residing in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Idaho, or Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Perform substantive legal work on employment-based immigration matters with minimal supervision.
- Manage the PERM process end-to-end, including drafting PWDs, coordinating recruitment, and filing PERM applications.
- Prepare and file I-140 immigrant petitions (PERM-based, NIW, EB-1, EB-2).
- Draft and file Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications and related forms (I-131, I-765).
- Handle Consular Processing cases, including DS-260 preparation, coordinating with NVC, and compiling required supporting documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys on RFE and audit responses, ensuring compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize case management tools to track progress and meet deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior staff as needed and contribute to SOP and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in business immigration law (required).
- Proven EB-2/EB-3 and PERM case experience.
- Demonstrated success in preparing I-140 and I-485 filings.
- Consular Processing experience (non-negotiable) - must have handled the full lifecycle of employment-based immigrant visa consular processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
- Proficient in case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
