Senior .Net Developer

Arke is actively searching for a qualified Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Brazil. We’re a consultancy, so the ability to transition between requirements, begin new challenges, and work with several teams for a client is necessary. The .NET Developer will contribute to scoping, planning, review, and execution of development projects. Candidates should have a passion for code quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Scope, estimate, plan, code, test, and deliver software
2. Work with a full team on end-to-end application / web lifecycle of our projects
3. Interface with clients and collaborate with internal disciplines
4. Develop and improve existing code and create new features
5. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
6. Maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadership

What We’d Love to See

1. Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 5 or 6
2. Experience with Razor Pages, MVC, Web API, and other emerging technologies on the .NET Platform, including some legacy technologies such as Webforms
3. Experience with tools such as Unit Testing, Docker / Kubernetes, and DevOps
4. Understanding of HTTP, Web API, SOA / Middleware, and related concepts
5. Understanding of patterns and practices such as SOLID
6. Experience building large-scale web applications and services
7. Intermediate to bilingual reading, verbal, and written English communication skills

Soft Skills

1. Ability to investigate and develop skills in new technologies
2. Maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadership
3. Self-motivated and able to self-direct
4. Team player capable of meeting goals collaboratively

Nice to Have

1. Experience with CMS
