Since 2014, used in 20+ countries, processing over 100 million inspection photos, supporting more than 20,000 active users.

Their focus is now on enhancing the mobile experience—improving offline reliability, AI workflow integration, and device performance.

Your Role:

You will own the mobile experience, developing and refining the React Native app used globally. Responsibilities include feature development, UI enhancements, and tackling challenges like offline data sync, media capture, and multilingual support.

You’ll:

• Build and maintain core React Native features emphasizing performance and usability
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams for reliable feature delivery
• Enhance offline capabilities and ensure data syncs in unreliable networks
• Support media workflows including camera, audio, and storage
• Ensure smooth UX across Android and iOS
• Manage real-time updates, background tasks, and field edge cases
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvements

You Bring:

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 2+ years in React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance, and offline-first design
• Experience with native modules, camera, and media capture
• Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand
• Knowledge of API integration, local storage, and mobile testing
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative approach

Bonus Points:

• Javascript and native iOS/Android development experience
• Exposure to AI or voice-enabled interfaces
• Experience in startups or product-led teams
• Apps handling large media uploads or offline workflows
• Accessibility and multilingual UI design familiarity
