Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work in the simulation and optimization of industrial processes using Siemens Plant Simulation software. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in modeling production flows, analyzing bottlenecks, and developing scenarios for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop simulation models in Siemens Plant Simulation to represent complex industrial processes.
• Analyze system performance metrics such as lead time, throughput, OEE, and resource utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process optimization.
• Collaborate with process engineering, production, and planning teams.
• Present reports, dashboards, and visualizations of simulation results to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Siemens Plant Simulation.
• Knowledge in discrete event modeling and programming logic.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SimTalk, Python, or VBA.
• Experience with digital twin projects, 3D simulation, or digital twin modeling.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
