Role Overview

We are seeking an expert in commodities to maintain and optimize the customer's procurement commodity pool, handle business opportunities, quotations, performance guarantees, and resolve pre-sales and after-sales issues.

Job Description

• Develop a commodity pool plan based on customer industry characteristics and needs to maximize procurement satisfaction and coverage.
• Create and maintain integration plans between the customer's procurement system and JD's system, ensuring smooth operation.
• Engage with daily procurement opportunities and demand mining to form scenario-based commodity pools, increasing natural procurement volume.
• Manage inquiries, price comparisons, negotiations, and profit/loss controls to ensure optimal costs.
• Analyze industry characteristics to develop tailored commodity solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in industrial products and MRO procurement, with familiarity in industrial procurement processes.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing industry production processes and knowledge of various MRO products used in production lines.
• Price and cost sensitivity, with understanding of goods cost structures.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, and other office software.
