Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop a system for tracking viral content and engaging with creators for collaboration agreements
- Content Distribution: Design and implement a non commercial system to distribute films, videos, and other media across multiple platforms
- Market Research: Understand content trends and audience demand to suggest relevant topics, creators, and distribution strategies
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of content projects and special initiatives, ensuring high impact results
- Partnership Development: Work closely with partners, influencers, and media platforms to amplify content reach
- Analytics & Reporting: Collaborate with the analytics team to measure success and optimise future initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in journalism, editorial roles, creative production, or agency work
- Strong understanding of modern media operations, editorial workflows, and storytelling techniques
- Background in special projects, branded content, or social impact storytelling
- Ability to work across formats: from long reads and video narratives to multimedia campaigns
- Hands-on experience with content production: briefing, interviewing, reference scouting, managing creatives
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, marketing, copywriters, producers)
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to turn complex social topics into compelling narratives
- Initiative-driven: able to propose and lead content projects that support strategic KPIs
- Understanding of how to pitch and “package” stories for media partnerships
- Comfortable working in both a hands-on and strategic producer role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
