Qualificações

  • Experience with products related to endovascular, vascular and interventional radiology is a plus.

A Day In The Life

We are looking for a high impact Senior Marketing Specialist to join our LATAM team and lead the strategic development of the Aorta business.

This role is designed for a driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong performance mindset, and is passionate about building and executing strategic marketing initiatives that directly influence business growth.

You will play a significant role in shaping market access, driving adoption strategies, and accelerating the expansion of advanced medical technologies across the region.

The ideal candidate is someone with a proven high‑performance mindset, strong analytical and strategic skills, and natural curiosity to continuously evolve.

This role offers a unique opportunity to own regional strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and make a measurable impact in how healthcare innovation reach patients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
  • Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
  • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
  • Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
  • Coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e‑commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Required Experience and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in healthcare industry management, with medical devices
  • Availability to travel 30% of the time
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Experience with products related to endovascular, vascular and interventional radiology is a nice to have.
