How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead the execution of marketing plans in the assigned country, including strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain contact with local KOLs and develop high-quality relations with other healthcare professionals. Drive the event strategy of the country, aligned with local dynamics/needs and EU event strategy. Identify new growth opportunities within the HCP segments.
  • Drive the implementation of new product launches and ensure strong launch execution. Contribute to establishing the vision, strategy, and objectives of the THV division in large-sized countries.
  • Implement locally the Therapy Development initiatives and Economic Value campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics and analytics (market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement…)
  • Support local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities.
  • Perform other incidental duties as required.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 8 years of related knowledge in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry.
  • Fully trilingual
  • Previous leadership experience required.

  • Ability to assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience related to the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used. Understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate management levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership in projects within specific marketing areas, working closely with cross-functional teams, marketing peers, and leaders, managing needs and messaging to upper management
  • Consulting in project settings within specific marketing areas
  • Adherence to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules), and taking adequate control measures to prevent injuries, protect the environment, and prevent pollution.
