This position combines technical expertise, business acumen,and team leadership to deliver innovative, scalable marketinganalytics solutions.

As the Senior Manager, youwill oversee a team of analytics professionals, own P&L for theanalytics function, and leverage advanced tools like Looker, Power BI,and DBT. You will work collaboratively across internal teams tooptimize operational efficiency, scale services, and developrepeatable, market-ready analytics solutions that meet evolving clientneeds.

Responsibilities:

• TeamLeadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team ofanalytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration,innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning& P&L Ownership: Define and execute the marketing analyticsstrategy, aligning with business objectives while managing the P&L forthe analytics function to ensure growth and profitability.
• Data Strategy & Execution: Oversee the integration ofdiverse data sources into a cohesive analytics framework, leveragingadvanced ETL processes, big data platforms, and tools like DBT toensure data accuracy and availability.
• Productization ofData Services: Design and implement scalable, repeatableanalytics services and solutions, transforming bespoke clientofferings into productized services that align with market demands anddrive revenue growth.
• Advanced Analytics & Visualization:Design and deliver insightful, visually compelling dashboards andreports using Looker, Power BI, and other tools to support client andinternal decision-making.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data collection,transformation, and analysis. Implement automated solutions tostreamline processes and improve scalability.
• InnovativeProblem Solving: Guide the development and application of machinelearning models and AI-driven solutions to address complex marketingand business challenges.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for leveragingdata analytics to improve client outcomes and drive measurableresults.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience inmarketing analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 3years of experience leading teams.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker,Power BI, and Tableau.
• Skilled in ETL processes and big dataplatforms like Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with DBT and programming languages likePython, R, and SQL.
• Business Acumen:
• Proventrack record of P&L ownership and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience developing and implementing analytics strategiesthat align with organizational goals.

Additional Skills:

• Strong problem-solvingand storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data intoactionable insights.
• Familiarity with compliance and dataprivacy regulations in analytics.
• Google Analytics (GA4)Certification and/or Adobe Analytics experience preferred.
