Intrepid Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics , a leadership role responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, leading the analytics strategy, and productizing data services for our global clients. This position combines technical expertise, business acumen, and team leadership to deliver innovative, scalable marketing analytics solutions.

As the Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of analytics professionals, own P&L for the analytics function, and leverage advanced tools like Looker, Power BI, and DBT. You will work collaboratively across internal teams to optimize operational efficiency, scale services, and develop repeatable, market-ready analytics solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership : Define and execute the marketing analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives while managing the P&L for the analytics function to ensure growth and profitability.
• Data Strategy & Execution : Oversee the integration of diverse data sources into a cohesive analytics framework, leveraging advanced ETL processes, big data platforms, and tools like DBT to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Productization of Data Services : Design and implement scalable, repeatable analytics services and solutions, transforming bespoke client offerings into productized services that align with market demands and drive revenue growth.
• Advanced Analytics & Visualization : Design and deliver insightful, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and other tools to support client and internal decision-making.
• Operational Excellence : Establish and optimize workflows to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and analysis. Implement automated solutions to streamline processes and improve scalability.
• Innovative Problem Solving : Guide the development and application of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to address complex marketing and business challenges.
• Collaboration Across Teams : Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to improve client outcomes and drive measurable results.

Qualifications :

• Education & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Technical Expertise :
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Skilled in ETL processes and big data platforms like Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with DBT and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
• Business Acumen :
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience developing and implementing analytics strategies that align with organizational goals.

Additional Skills :

• Strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations in analytics.
• Google Analytics (GA4) Certification and / or Adobe Analytics experience preferred.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
• Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations in analytics.
