The Services Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team handles end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, combining management consulting, data assets, and technology to offer strategic insights and recommendations.

While specializing in payments, the team also collaborates with major retailers, airlines, and enterprises, leveraging internal and external data and insights.

The team seeks a Senior Managing Consultant to advance our security solutions sales strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about security, cybersecurity, fraud detection, financial crimes, digital security, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree with at least ten years of experience.
• Proven sales or business development experience, especially in security solutions, authentication, or cybersecurity products.
• Deep knowledge of fraud prevention, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk management.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning in fraud detection is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SQL/data skills are preferred.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the applying country and for travel visas as needed.

Corporate Security Responsibility

• Complete mandatory security trainings.
