You will manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Digital Services Center to ensure service delivery that meets service level agreements, productivity, and efficiency targets, with a focus on timely, accurate, and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the employee services community in the service center and onshore in various countries, managing relationships between delivery teams and internal customers. You will report on service-center performance, lead reviews with the functional leadership team and key stakeholders, contribute to the global service management agenda, and integrate global processes and technologies. Additionally, you will manage the employee services center’s annual budget, handle local change requests, ensure compliance with the global governance framework, manage service suppliers, and identify opportunities for service improvements. As a people leader, you will train, coach, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver on the employee services agenda.
