dss+ is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end‑to‑end infrastructure engagements in Brazil and across Latin America. You will blend business development, strategic advisory, and delivery leadership to shape opportunities with concessionaires, construction groups, and investors.

The role requires managing complex transformation programmes, working with senior executives and boards, and delivering measurable impact. Travel across the region is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years of experience within Infrastructure sectors (e.g., concessionaires, construction groups, transportation, or PE‑backed investments).
• Experience in management consulting or similar advisory roles.
• Proven track record delivering and managing complex transformation or infrastructure‑related programmes.
• Experience working with senior executives, investors, or boards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across transformation and contractor management programmes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level executives, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development activities, including pipeline creation, proposal development, and closing consulting engagements.
• Identify and shape opportunities across the infrastructure investment lifecycle (pre‑deal, post‑deal, value creation phases).
• Translate operational risk and performance challenges into clear financial and strategic value propositions.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and resources, ensuring high‑quality execution and measurable impact.
• Facilitate executive workshops, decision‑making sessions, and client engagements.
• Oversee delivery quality, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained results.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying new opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and offering development for the Infrastructure practice.

Who You Are

Experience
