BEES in Brazil seeks a senior Data Engineering Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable data pipelines and safety-oriented analytics. You will lead an engineering team, partner with customers to translate requirements into a technical roadmap, and recruit top talent to build reliable data platforms.

The role requires strong cloud experience, advanced English, and the ability to design systems for real-time processing and ML-ready data. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced English required.
• Design and develop data pipelines for advanced analytics, ML, and real-time processing.
• Innovate techniques to optimize pipeline performance and reliability.
• Understand cloud platforms and services (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Analyze design requirements to identify optimal data/architecture solutions.
