BEES is building world-class data platforms to power its safety solutions at scale. The team leads and mentors engineers, designs scalable data pipelines, and partners with customer teams to define the roadmap and architectural direction.

We seek candidates with a strong background in data engineering, cloud computing, and a passion for building reliable systems with a focus on quality and performance. This role emphasizes leadership and collaboration across functions.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Development Analysis or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience designing data pipelines for analytics, ML, and real-time processing.
• Ability to optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to design scalable, reliable data/software architectures.
• Data quality assessment and data lineage concepts.
