Join our Data Science & Machine Learning Engineering team within the AI, Insights & Solutions group. Work on integrated teams to develop data-driven strategies and innovative solutions that apply AI to business challenges. The environment emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering human-centric solutions that harness data and AI to drive competitive advantage.
- Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-world solutions
- Participate in agile experimentation and iterative development
- Share knowledge and coach others on best practices and tools
- Contribute to internal R&D and learning initiatives between projects
- Explore and apply state-of-the-art AI research
- Must Have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
- Strong theoretical and practical experience in machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and good software engineering practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment
- Ability to expose ML models as services for integration
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish
- Comfortable with feedback, collaboration, and autonomy
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with R&D or academic research
- Familiarity with multiple languages or tools
- Desire to publish technical content and mentor others
