Job Description
  1. Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures.
  2. Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions within the Sanitization Department related to SSOP, equipment swabbing, inventory deviations, KPI divergence, etc.
  3. Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
  4. Manage KPIs related to sanitation and review the results in the monthly Target Check Meeting.
  5. Create Divergence Reports with clear action plans, defining timelines to achieve KPIs.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
  7. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within sanitization.
  8. Manage personnel, sanitization processes, cleaning chemicals and utensils, and work to maximize utilization of cleaning equipment and manpower.
  9. Help develop, update, and implement procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
  10. Update operational procedures and work instructions according to the process, and update OJT maps to train operators accordingly.
  11. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct skill gap analyses based on work instructions to develop operators in their areas of responsibility.
Academic Background
  • Technical Diploma or degree in Food Manufacturing, Chemicals, Business, or related areas.
