To provide strategic legal counsel aimed at minimizing risks and reducing litigation exposure, acting efficiently, reliably, and professionally. To be a true business partner supporting the company's operations in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support to GWM Brazil's business areas, focusing on legal risk mitigation.
2. Negotiate, draft, and review commercial and corporate contracts.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the automotive industry, offering timely and effective legal solutions.
4. Conduct internal legal training sessions according to business needs.
5. Manage litigation cases, including settlement negotiations, participation in hearings, mediations, and other related legal proceedings.
6. Oversee the relationship with external law firms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate legal departments.
• Strong experience in: Contract review and negotiation, Litigation management, Coordination of external legal counsel.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Bar Association membership.
