You will assist in enterprise risk assessments, investigative reviews, and internal controls for pre-IPO readiness, thriving in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7-8 years audit or accounting experience
• Good communication skills including report writing skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist in audits and internal controls reviews for listed companies and large entities
• Support enterprise risk assessments and governance reviews
• Contribute to pre-IPO internal controls reviews to assist companies preparing for listing

We provide advisory services related to Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and we are recruiting candidates to assist us in our engagements with listed companies and other large entities. You should have the energy to cope with a wide spectrum of industries that we review. Our clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts, China based manufacturing companies, oil and gas companies, country clubs, government entities and many others. Be exposed to different engagement in corporate governance reviews such as enterprise risk assessments, investigative reviews and internal audits. You will also be involve in pre-IPO internal controls reviews to assist aspiring companies to list on the local Stock Exchange.

• Professional qualifications / accounting or business degree with a recognised university
• Minimum 7-8 years audit or accounting experience
