BDO LLP in Brazil’s Norte region seeks an experienced auditor to join a growing practice, assisting on engagements in risk management, corporate governance and internal audit for listed and large entities across industries. You’ll contribute to pre-IPO controls reviews and governance assessments in a dynamic setting.

Candidates should hold an accounting or business degree and have at least six years of audit or accounting experience, with strong report writing and client-facing communication

Qualificações

• Professional qualifications / accounting or business degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 6 years audit or accounting experience.
• Good communication skills including report writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in professional firms is advantageous.
• Service-oriented, well-organised and capable of delivering under pressure.

You should have the energy to cope with a wide spectrum of industries that we review. Our clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts, China based manufacturing companies, oil and gas companies, country clubs, government entities and many others. Be exposed to different engagement in corporate governance reviews such as enterprise risk assessments, investigative reviews and internal audits. You will also be involve in pre-IPO internal controls reviews to assist aspiring companies to list on the local Stock Exchange.
