What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, defining scope, managing timelines, and driving execution across various system interfaces
- Translate complex business and system workflows into actionable integration requirements and interface specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on technical analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliable data exchange and optimal system performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, or technical project management
- Proven ability to manage complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies
- Proficient in HL7, EHR systems, CAD platforms, and transport management systems
- Skilled in leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to streamline integration and implementation workflows
