Position Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain robust integration solutions while supporting business intelligence within ERP ecosystems. Focused on backend system integration and leveraging the .NET framework, the position emphasizes SQL proficiency for optimizing data processes and the advanced management of Azure cloud services. As an integral member of Lean Tech's dynamic Agile environment, you will work collaboratively with senior developers, enterprise architects, and AI teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative, scalable solutions. The role involves handling unique challenges, such as harmonizing diverse systems and ensuring scalability, all while utilizing APIs and JavaScript for integration tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement integration solutions between ERP systems and applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Optimize data extraction, manipulation, and transformation processes using SQL Server and other databases.
• Gather and analyze requirements while collaborating with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure operations, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization of cloud services.
• Maintain and update older integrations using .NET, ensuring they meet current performance and security standards.
• Work with iPaaS solutions like Workato, using JavaScript when significant coding is required, for seamless integration management.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, drive technical discussions, and continually improve development processes.
• Stay current with industry trends in integration technologies and apply best practices to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) with strong database management skills.
• Advanced experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment and general infrastructure support.
• Advanced proficiency in API development and management with a strong understanding of API concepts.
• Intermediate experience with the .NET development framework for integration tasks.
• Advanced understanding of programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
• Advanced experience working within Agile Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in backend development, integration, and cloud infrastructure support.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Basic knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, especially in integration contexts.
• Exposure to Workato or other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions for seamless integration management.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure dashboards and data products are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks to augment future integration capabilities.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization technologies to optimize integration deployments.
• Background in data visualization tools to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills for effective collaboration.
