ABOUT THE POSITION:

This role supports the incubation of new business opportunities by working with internal teams and entrepreneurs to develop ideas from conception to implementation. You will be at the forefront of innovation initiatives, helping transform concepts into viable businesses through structured processes and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in executing incubation strategies to identify and nurture high-potential business opportunities.
2. Conduct basic market research and data collection to support viability assessments and opportunity evaluations.
3. Participate in the incubation process, including ideation, prototyping, and testing activities.
4. Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to support resource mobilization and ensure alignment with project goals.
5. Follow assigned tasks and work effectively within the incubation team to ensure daily progress.
6. Monitor key metrics, report on progress, and maintain documentation for incubation projects.
7. Support entrepreneurs and project teams by providing operational assistance and implementing action plans under guidance.
8. Regularly communicate challenges, updates, and suggestions to team leaders or supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, E-commerce, or related fields. Prior experience in business operations, market research, or startups is a plus but not mandatory.
2. Ability to effectively complete tasks, adapt to dynamic environments, and collaborate well.
3. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and apply creative solutions.
4. Familiarity with the Brazilian market, local e-commerce trends, and willingness to travel occasionally to visit merchants.
5. Fluency or advanced proficiency in English is required.
