BairesDev is seeking a Senior Identity Platform Engineer to own the identity platform that governs access across services. You will design secure integrations and build Ruby on Rails services that power downstream systems, focusing on the identity domain to ensure trust and reliability.

You will lead migrations from legacy authorization models to modern identity architectures, shaping scalable, secure authentication and authorization across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Expertise with Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, and enterprise SSO.
• Experience migrating from legacy authorization models to modern identity architectures.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Senior Identity Platform Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own the identity platform that authorization and authentication depend on. You'll design secure integrations across modern identity standards while building the Ruby on Rails services and API middleware that power multiple downstream systems. Your focus is the identity domain itself, ensuring the platform stays secure and reliable as legacy authorization models are modernized.
