BairesDev is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to lead the development of robust, scalable web applications. You will connect server-side logic with intuitive frontends, ensuring high performance across the stack.

You will design Rails backends, implement React or Vue frontends, optimize PostgreSQL schemas, and ensure performance, testing with RSpec, and AWS deployments. This is a fully remote role with a global, multicultural team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven ability to build full-stack apps using Ruby on Rails and React or Vue.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and designing efficient schemas.
• Experience with testing using RSpec to ensure code quality.
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and asynchronous processing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails while building dynamic frontends with React or Vue.
• Optimize application performance by managing database schemas in PostgreSQL and implementing efficient indexing and query strategies.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails while building dynamic frontends with React or Vue.
