Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Join our international HR team and support our operations in Brazil and LATAM, working from São Paulo. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer with solid experience in HR operations, ideally with previous team management exposure. You will contribute to the evolution of our HR activities and ensure the implementation of Mantu’s HR policies and best practices across the region.
This role offers you a high-impact opportunity within a fast-paced, consulting-oriented, and multicultural environment.
Your missions
- Ensure the application and follow-up of HR processes and policies across Brazil in accordance with local labor laws
- Act as the main HR operational point of contact for local employees and managers
- Manage or supervise HR administrative activities: contracts, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, etc.
- Supervise or support junior HR colleagues in the team
- Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate or support negotiations with local unions when necessary
- Collaborate with legal advisors on sensitive HR topics
- Participate in cross-country HR projects within the LATAM region
- Contribute to internal HR process improvement initiatives
- Support employee performance evaluations and career development plans, in partnership with the Talent & corporate teams
- Train our management teams on HR processes and best practices
Your profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Human Resources operations in Brazil, ideally in the consulting, technology, or IT sectors
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience or exposure to union negotiations is highly valuable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to operate in a multicultural environment
- Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory; Spanish is a plus for future LATAM scope
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
