The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner (HRBP) role for the Amazon Logistics team in Brazil leads HR actions and establishes partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization. The selected person will work on specific HR activities, such as managing third-party contracts, metrics management and actions like absenteeism control, hiring interviews, talent discussions, engagement actions, etc. The person will use analytical skills to monitor and analyze metrics and trends, ability to translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HR actions for the Amazon Logistics team in Brazil and establish partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle.
  • Manage third-party contracts and ensure hiring impact on business productivity.
  • Monitor metrics and trends; translate business plans and objectives into HR actions to achieve results.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs; manage talent management cycle, performance, development, and promotions.
  • Coach and support leaders in integration and talent management; provide leadership for HR actions during campaign periods (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day).
  • Coordinate HR processes across various locations of logistics stations in Brazil; work in a face-to-face model with Delivery Stations and ongoing contact with Amazon Logistics leadership.
  • Partner with leaders at multiple levels to develop future-oriented goals focused on people’s experience.
  • Manage people metrics for decision-making and support fast-paced, complex environments driven by continuous innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in people leadership.
  • Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
  • HR/People analytics knowledge (IA).
  • Project management skills.
