About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior HR ADM Analyst with proficiency in English to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise salary pre-liquidation and its impact on earnings.
  2. Oversee the registration and termination processes of employees.
  3. Contribute to process improvements within the HR-ADM area and cross-departmental initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with external entities and suppliers.
  5. Prepare reports for management and control areas.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced student or graduate in relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Law 20,744 and its application.
  • Understanding of 4th earnings category.
  • Experience working in service companies.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).
