As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be part of an Agile feature team, focusing on modernizing applications at both backend and frontend levels, contributing to architectural design decisions, and driving componentization across both layers.

Our work includes regular production releases, deployment to scalable on-premises infrastructure, with a focus on high performance, security, and quality by design. We aim for a componentized architecture with clean, maintainable, and easily testable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop application features using best design and development patterns
• Test your own work before handover to QA
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Document solutions for maintainability and supportability
• Ensure code quality standards are met
• Review code and mentor other developers in an agile team
• Share knowledge and grow your skills through technical presentations and initiatives
• Serve as a Technical Leader within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with strong .NET focus
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS
• Strong software engineering practices: separation of concerns, modularization, interfaces, dependency injection
• Object-oriented programming principles: SOLID
• Experience with C# / .NET Core and MAUI
• Experience with MS SQL and ORM tools like Entity Framework
• Experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, AppInsights, or third-party tools
• Ability to work effectively in small, fast-moving teams and meet sprint commitments
• Knowledge of architecture design patterns

Nice to Have

• Angular 16+
• Testing frameworks: Jest, bUnit, xUnit
• Experience with WinForm, Informix DB
• Intermediate English or better, good communication skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and goal orientation
