Ubiminds is hiring a senior software engineer to design, implement and maintain a full-stack enterprise platform powering government workforce management across North America. You’ll work end-to-end with .NET 8, Angular 16+, and a domain-driven architecture.

Join a high-impact, multi-project environment; you’ll contribute to CQRS, DDD and scalable SQL Server schemas, while writing unit tests and collaborating on deployment pipelines. Remote-first with optional Florianópolis office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET 8 and Angular (TypeScript).
• Solid experience with SQL Server (writing and tuning queries, migrations, schema design).
• Familiarity with CQRS, DDD, or event-driven architectural patterns.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Comfort working in a large, multi-project solution with dependency injection (Autofac or similar).
• Understanding of JWT-based authentication (Auth0 experience is a plus).
• Ability to work across the full stack.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement features end-to-end using ASP.NET Core Web API (.NET 8) on the backend and Angular 16+ on the frontend.
• Work within a CQRS / Domain-Driven Design architecture with clearly separated command and query sides.
• Build and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and database migrations across multiple databases.
• Contribute to a single-spa micro-frontend architecture, enabling independent deployment of UI modules.
• Write meaningful unit and integration tests using xUnit.
• Collaborate on background processing pipelines using Hangfire.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and incident response.

Our client provides comprehensive HR software for the public sector, covering the full employee lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance for government organizations.

What you'll do
