• 7+ years of professional software development experience with .NET Core and ReactJS.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and modern web services.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack .NET + React based in Brazil.

The Senior Full-Stack .NET + React will design and build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications across both backend and frontend layers. You will bring deep expertise in .NET Core and C# alongside strong ReactJS development skills to deliver reliable and responsive digital products. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence architecture, development practices, and overall solution quality. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the full software development lifecycle. Beyond writing code, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical innovation, and help solve complex engineering challenges. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance high-quality software applications using .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
• Write clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code while applying established software engineering best practices.
• Ensure applications deliver strong performance, quality, responsiveness, reliability, and usability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive technical feedback, and help maintain high development standards across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and optimize existing applications and systems.
• Take an active role in technical problem-solving and lead by example through hands-on development and engineering contributions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping strengthen their technical skills, development practices, and overall performance.
• Contribute to technical innovation and promote effective engineering standards and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
• Identify technical issues, defects, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges, then propose and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on .NET Core.
• Extensive experience developing modern frontend applications with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Advanced experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git or other modern version control systems.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience working with microservices architectures is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
