Job Summary

A financial service designed for managers to create cost centers, allocate budgets, and manage hiring expenses efficiently. This solution integrates seamlessly with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Careers, and other services. It enables the creation and management of budgets, projects, and cost centers, allowing for budget allocation to specific positions within the ATS. Additionally, it provides a structured financial perspective for resource configuration and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of critical new features and infrastructure.
• Produce consistent high-quality code across projects.
• Identify and fix bugs and improve the reliability of current systems.
• Bring in your passionate self and positively impact the team around you.
• Work with your teammates in a disciplined agile development environment to solve diverse technical challenges.
• Build products and services that are highly available and scalable to serve our employees and global business groups.
• Dive deep into multiple tech stacks across the company.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven ability to work effectively across both front-end and back-end.
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling.
• Proficiency in Golang for building scalable web applications.
• Deep understanding of clean code principles, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
