Backed by strong seed funding, their current focus is the launch of their MVP by the end of the year. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Python/Django and React/Next.js to join the Reflow AI team. This is a full-time, long-term position for a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. You’ll play a key role in bringing the MVP to life and scaling the platform alongside a supportive and talented engineering team.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python/Django and React/Next.js
2. Collaborate with the team to drive the MVP launch and product iterations
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
4. Implement and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
5. Ensure responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences
6. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and product planning
7. Take initiative in suggesting improvements and identifying potential issues

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
2. Strong proficiency with Python/Django for backend development
3. Solid experience with React and ideally Next.js for frontend
4. Experience working in startup environments is a big plus
5. Prior experience collaborating with US-based teams or companies is a plus
6. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
7. Comfortable working in PST hours
8. Enthusiastic about building from the ground up and contributing to long-term growth
