Job summary

Truelogic is hiring a software engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications, backend services, and data-intensive AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write tests, review AI-generated code, and help advance scalable data visualization and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production software development (Java, Python, JS/TS)
• 1+ year with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• 3+ years SQL and relational DB experience
• Experience using AI tools in the SDLC
• Ability to assess AI output for quality, security and data governance
• Strong fundamentals in design, data structures, algorithms, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production software

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the client’s product portfolio

Job Summary

The project focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the client's product portfolio, including modern web applications, backend services, data-intensive systems, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, enhance, and maintain features across the client's product portfolio.
• Build and support modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Work with relational databases and SQL to support product functionality and data-intensive systems.
• Use AI tools as part of daily software development, including coding, testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, research, design, data, and QA teams to define and implement practical technical solutions.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and API tests.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, CI/CD workflows, and production readiness activities.
• Contribute to scalable data visualization experiences and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Ensure software is secure, observable, maintainable, and aligned with product and business priorities.

Qualifications And Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing production software using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern backend language.
• 1+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 1+ years of professional experience building applications with React.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL and working with relational databases.
• Practical experience using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated output and identify potential quality, security, and data governance risks.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including software design, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver reliable production software.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Java with Spring / Spring Boot.
• C#/.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, or Oracle.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and production deployment practices.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
• Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience with legacy application modernization.
• Experience with data-intensive applications, analytics, visualization, and AI-enabled products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
