Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build backend services and content experiences within a Unified CMS platform. You will work with Node.js, React, and Next.js to develop REST and GraphQL integrations, manage content models in a headless CMS, and support personalization and A/B testing.

AI-assisted development practices are part of daily work. You will build backend services, SSR/SSG workflows, and reusable UI components, while ensuring code quality with modern tooling

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (preferred).
• Strong Node.js backend development experience.
• Next.js or similar SSR framework experience.
• Backend services and REST APIs experience.
• GraphQL or gRPC familiarity.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Headless CMS experience: Contentstack, Contentful, Strapi or similar.
• Reusable UI components and dynamic forms.
• Unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Experience with Jest or Playwright or React Testing Library, or similar.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with ESLint and Prettier for code quality.
• AI-assisted development experience; not required to be AI engineering.
• Personalization and A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and API integrations supporting Unified CMS and global web experiences.
• Develop and maintain Node.js services, REST APIs, and GraphQL or gRPC integrations.
• Build and maintain React components and content blocks powering Unified CMS and marketing experiences.
• Develop and optimize SSR and SSG workflows using Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Implement content models and manage schema changes within Contentstack.
• Build reusable UI components using the platform's design system and Emotion.
• Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows.
• Support personalization and A/B testing across Unified CMS experiences.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, reliability, and stability.
• Participate in Git-based development workflows and CI/CD processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build backend services and content experiences within a Unified CMS platform.
