AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale customer-facing applications across frontend and backend systems.

You will autonomously deliver business impact within a team and collaborate with product and leadership to estimate and commit on deliverables. As part of a fast-moving environment, you will implement best practices, contribute to SDLC improvements, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications with PM, UX, and Data.
• 4+ years of experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience architecting full-stack applications.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale customer-facing applications across frontend and backend systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of professional experience building customer-facing applications in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 4+ years of experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience architecting full-stack applications.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in service mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
• Google Suite.
• Experience with Next.js, CSS, and Figma.
• Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Fellow.
• PagerDuty, Datadog, SendGrid, and Code Climate.
