Job summary

AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build backend services and content experiences within a Unified CMS platform. Working with Node.js, React, and Next.js, you will develop REST and GraphQL integrations, manage content models in a headless CMS, and support personalization and A/B testing.

AI-assisted development practices are part of the daily workflow, with a focus on performance, scalability, and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Proficient in Node.js and backend development.
• React experience required.
• Next.js or similar SSR framework experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL or gRPC.
• Experience with Contentstack, Contentful, Strapi, or similar CMS.
• Ability to create reusable UI components and dynamic forms.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ESLint and Prettier for code quality.
• AI-assisted development exposure is not required.
• Personalization and A/B testing experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and API integrations supporting Unified CMS and global web experiences.
• Develop and maintain Node.js services, REST APIs, and GraphQL or gRPC integrations.
• Build and maintain React components and content blocks powering Unified CMS and marketing experiences.
• Develop and optimize SSR and SSG workflows using Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Implement content models and manage schema changes within Contentstack.
• Build reusable UI components using the platform's design system and Emotion.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows.
• Support personalization and A/B testing across Unified CMS experiences.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, reliability, and stability.
• Participate in Git-based development workflows and CI/CD processes.

• - Upper-intermediate English level.
