Responsibilities

• Conduct overall polish review of the product.
• Share knowledge with colleagues passionate about software development and technology.
• Manage your tasks and time responsibly without micromanagement.
• Encourage a culture of data-driven and agile decision-making.
• Communicate daily in English, both verbally and in writing.
• This position may include some travel opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java and familiarity with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Mono Repo architecture using Bazel.
• Versatility to learn and adapt to other languages and frameworks like JavaScript (React) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong expertise in AWS, including DynamoDB and Lambda.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Ability to handle both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, problem solver with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Willingness to help others, open-mindedness, and passion for building products.
