About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong Python expertise to join our remote team. The system is already in production, and your primary responsibilities will be to fix existing bugs, build new features, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug, maintain, and enhance the existing application.
• Design and develop new features across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of updates.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and propose technical improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud environments.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• English: C2 level (written and spoken) for daily communication.
• Located in Brazil with the ability to work remotely.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in scaling or refactoring existing systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• 20,000 BRL / month
