At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our remote team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transformative, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and development of scalable web applications, utilizing React, Java, and Spring Boot. Your role will focus on backend development while also engaging in front-end tasks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations while embracing CI&T’s values of Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and design technical solutions.
3. Maintain and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
4. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
5. Utilize AWS cloud services to build robust applications.
6. Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in React or Angular frameworks
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot
• Advanced English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Docker
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
