Jobtailor is seeking a senior front-end developer to craft modern, accessible interfaces in a fast-moving, cloud-enabled environment. You will work with UX-driven components, optimize performance, and integrate APIs with the backend, guided by the Tech Lead.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in software development, 2+ years in senior front-end roles, and a strong collaboration record with product, design, and back-end teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a senior front-end developer in medium to high complexity projects.
• Candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience and exposure to high-volume digital products will be prioritized.
• Hands-on production project experience and participation in technical decisions.
• Proven history of collaborating with product, design, and back-end teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (or in progress).
• Certifications in front-end, cloud, and security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces according to standards defined by the Tech Lead.
• Create components focused on UX, performance, and code quality.
• Integrate APIs and back‑end services, understanding authentication, contracts, and production behavior.
• Collaborate with back‑end and the Tech Lead to define APIs, data structures, and integrations.
• Ensure technical quality through automated testing, code reviews, componentization, and sustainable organization.
• Contribute to front‑end CI/CD pipelines, including testing, quality, and security.
• Apply security best practices: protection against vulnerabilities, secure authentication, token management, and proper data storage.
• Work in cloud environments, primarily Azure, with possible interaction with AWS, GCP, and OCI.
• Evolve existing interfaces, reducing technical debt and improving performance and user experience.
• Participate in requirement refinements and usability decisions alongside the Product Owner and Tech Lead.
• Actively participate in agile rituals such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a senior front‑end developer in medium to high complexity projects.
• Candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience, background in high‑volume digital products, complex interfaces, or environments with strong performance and accessibility requirements will be prioritized.
• Hands‑on experience with production projects, participation in technical decisions, and work in multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Proven history of working closely with product, design, and back‑end teams, integrating different perspectives into coherent technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Design, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates without a degree but with a proven track record, relevant portfolio, production projects, or recognized certifications will also be considered.
• Certifications in front‑end, cloud, and security are a plus.
