ADP SBS division is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer.

In this role, you will be building the RUN product, a key Human Capital Management solution at ADP, designed to help small business customers save time and stay compliant by providing them with effective tools to manage their employees. You will work within a scrum team to develop new web applications integrated with backend microservices, APIs, and other systems.

You will start your day with a scrum call to align on sprint goals, then spend most of your day designing, developing, testing your code, and supporting your team members. You will deploy your code in production using automated CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Participate in daily scrum meetings to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and prioritize tasks.
2. Deliver features on time within two-week sprint cycles, maintaining high coding standards.
3. Collaborate with all stakeholders, including project managers, QA, and customers, to gather requirements and ensure quality output.
4. Continuously learn and explore new technologies and open-source communities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Strong experience with React.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, RESTful APIs, unit and integration testing libraries, and Git.
• Knowledge of C# .NET and Node.js is a major plus.
• Ability to develop both frontend and backend applications, guiding the team to deliver optimal client experiences.
• Good understanding of SDLC, performance tuning, and best practices in software development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, technical analysis, design, and documentation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical feasibility assessments, and code reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and train team members on new technologies.
• Partner with PM and UX teams to identify research opportunities.
