What you'll do

1. Participate in the definition of the best practices and architecture standards, considering the company strategies and the market trends.
2. Stay aligned with Engineering Managers for decentralized technical decisions.
3. Participate in high level requirements meetings, helping product and design teams to prepare their initiatives, epics and stories we will develop.
4. Support the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards.
5. Responsible for suggesting new tools and technologies to solve the problems.
6. Talk and elaborate ideas and raise issues for both technical and non-technical people.
7. Actively contribute to the Frontend Chapter and disseminate technical knowledge/propose improvements.
8. Help with the career development of other professional developers.
9. Technical integration between squads.
10. Identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical debts and bugs.

What you'll need

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and full-time Software Engineering work experience.
2. Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
3. Be proficient in React, Typescript/JavaScript and Next.js
4. Experience in React Native and Flutter is a plus.
5. Knowledge in Micro Frontends is a plus.
6. Knowledge in Microservices is a plus.
7. Experience GraphQL and Rest APIs.
8. Experience in Azure DevOps.
9. Knowledge of SEO best practices and Web Vitals.
10. Experience with Cloud platforms and major providers.
11. Experience with Web Components.
12. Experience in Monitoring Tools, Metrics and Observability.
13. Experience in Agile Framework.
14. Experience in DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD) and main tools.
15. Knowledge in Unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library, BDD).
