Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end web development experience using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing/personalization tools.
• 3+ years with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS; XF is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity; clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build front-end experiences for A/B tests and personalization initiatives using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews on live A/B tests and personalization activities.
• Produce technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing work and explain concepts to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to align solutions with requirements.
